GOOD GOVERNANCE

Rulindo district has taken an initial step towards the wellbeing of it’s people and the district as a whole. Based on the existing strategies and direct involvement of the community, the district in accordance with it’s sectors, cells has helped the people to catch up with their development; providing them development projects that are highly visible and having quick impact in order to fully improve the standards of the districts economic development.

Work for the public interest (TIG).
Here the prisoners are given liberty to come and associate with the public while providing the need to the society for example through building and carrying out other activities.Here the inmates/prisoners are given liberty or are assigned to public works program while associating themselves with the public for community work projects and public works programs through building and carrying out other useful activities.
Many schools have been put into existence to help genocide survivors; the photo above represents some of the schools which are constructed to help students attain education.

Human resource section
Here we describe the combination of traditionally administrative personnel functions with performance management, employee relations and resource planning. The field draws upon concepts developed human work in our district.so its all about individuals with in our District that is to say labour and to the portion of the firms that deals with hiring, firing, training, and other personnel issues.
Due to the rising acute shortage of health care workers, teachers, agriculturalists, solutions to the human resource are difficult to achieve especially in developing countries.

Our core objective of our Human Resources is to maximize the return on investment from the district's
human capital and minimize financial risk.
It is his responsibility as a human resource director to
conduct these activities in an effective, legal, fair, and consistent manner
Capacity development has direct links with human development.
These include; Human capital development through health and nutrition, education ad training,
the accumulation of physical capital that increases the levels of investment
to generate employment opportunities;
strengthening governance through institutional and policy reforms.
The district together with the human resource has ensured that it has adequate teachers,
school administrators and education planners in place to design and execute specialized training
as well as general and professional human resource development.
Our core mission is to invest in HRM (Human Resource Management)
to strengthen health and education systems.
