JADF RULINDO COMMENDED FOR ITS CONTRIBUTION TO THE DISTRICT'S DEVELOPMENT
Rulindo District has commended its development partners for their significant contribution to improving the welfare of citizens and promoting sustainable development in the district.
The recognition was made during a three-day Partners’ Exhibition Known as Open Day organized by the Joint Action Development Forum (JADF) in Rulindo District. Held under the theme “The Role of Partners in Building a Strong Family,” the exhibition brought together the member of Joint Action Forum and partners working in the district, government institutions implementing programs in Rulindo, private sector representatives, and international organizations.
During the exhibition, participating partners showcased their projects, programs, achievements, and services aimed at improving citizens’ living conditions and contributing to the district’s economic development. The event also provided an opportunity for partners to share information about their activities and explore ways of strengthening collaboration with the district authorities.
NYIRURUGO Emmanuel, who represents JADF in Rulindo District, thanked all partners who participated in this year’s exhibition. He commended them for the services and development initiatives they are implementing to improve the lives of citizens and contribute to the overall development of Rulindo District.
Closing the exhibition, a Vice Mayor in charge of Economic Development, RUGERINYANGE Theoneste, expressed appreciation for the important role played by development partners in the district, particularly in addressing challenges affecting citizens’ welfare.
He emphasized that strong collaboration among the district administration, development partners, government institutions, and the private sector is essential for implementing development programs and building a resilient, self-reliant, and prosperous community.
He called on JADF members to strengthen their partnership with the district, improve coordination, and focus their efforts on initiatives that have a meaningful impact on citizens’ welfare and accelerate sustainable development in Rulindo District.
The JADF exhibition provided a valuable platform for partners to showcase their achievements, exchange information, and discuss opportunities for stronger collaboration in addressing the challenges facing citizens and advancing the development of Rulindo.
The exhibition was officially opened by the Governor of the Northern Province, Mugabowagahunde Maurice, who also commended Rulindo District’s development partners for their contribution to the development of the district and the Northern Province as a whole
